The Weekly Photo Challenge is Friendship – L’amitié.
“Each friend represents a world in us, a world possibly not born until they arrive, and it is only by this meeting that a new world is born.” ~Anaïs Nin, French Cuban author
To my new friends, those of you who read my blog, I thank you, merci beaucoup, for giving birth to this new world and for sharing it with me.
Without you, I’d just be talking to myself and that’s not nearly as enjoyable as having a conversation with friends.
Finding a photo that depicted friendship was more difficult than I had anticipated. This is a picture of my kids with their friends. These friends see each other daily throughout the summer because they love to be in the pool, they love spending time together, and most importantly, they love each other.
May you be blessed with many friends who open new worlds for you!

It is a lovey picture of friendship. The friendships we have when we are young are often to the most precious of our lives.
I agree. Friendships are precious and add so much to our lives. 🙂 Merci!
Nos amitiés sont ici … complètement mon plaisir. What a wonderful photo of the youths.
Glad you liked the photo. Despite their age range, from 5 – 15, they are all very close, like a big family. Friends are so important! Merci!
Yes, friends are important for all ages. A pleasure!
